Domain Names

 

There is no return policy on Domain Names.  Once they have been purchased, you own them for one year from that date.  If you decide that you no longer want to have the name, do not renew your registration and you will not be charged.

 

 

Web Hosting with Domain Name

 

If you purchase a web hosting package with a domain name, you will have to cancel your service with the first 5 days of your billing cycle on a monthly plan, the first 20 days on a quarterly plan, and the first 45 day on an semi-annual and annual plan.  If you cancel your service, you still own the domain name so you will receive a refund of your prorated monthly price minus a 15% admin fee and $15.99 domain name fee.  If you purchased the premium, professional, or dedicated services, the domain name fee will depend on the number of domains you purchased.

 

Web Hosting without Domain Name
